Richard has over 30 years of global experience in the internet and telecommunications industries in leadership roles. In addition to being Chairman and CEO of Cellcrypt, Richard is Chairman and CEO of Treasure Investments Limited, a company that invests in broadband enabled services and technology companies. Richard was the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Bulldog Communications Limited, a UK based provider of broadband services which he sold to Cable and Wireless in May 2004.
Prior to Bulldog, Richard was CEO and Director of NASDAQ listed, UK-based, ICO Global Communications a global mobile satellite services provider. Prior to ICO, Richard served as President of NASDAQ listed Orion (Loral-Cyberstar), the world's leading provider of satellite-based internet connectivity services. He spent 10 years at Northern Telecom (Nortel) in senior global marketing, sales and general management positions. Richard earned his BA in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University.

David has over 20 years of global experience in fast moving technology businesses. He was Chief Operating Officer of Macropolitan Limited, a wireless wholesale broadband infrastructure provider, sold to Macquarie Wireless in 2007. Previously, he was a founder of Bulldog Communications where he held a number of senior roles including Chief Operating Officer, a role he retained for 12 months after exit. In both cases he led the exit transaction team of the selling company.
He spent 8 years at Apple Computer in a variety of senior roles in Paris and California, including Director of Product Planning for Apple Europe. He has worked as a researcher for Goldman Sachs and as a staff journalist for The Economist.
David has an MBA from the London Business School and a degree in engineering from Queens University in Kingston Ontario Canada.

Paul has spearheaded information security products for 15 years. He managed all product lines at cryptography security provider nCipher and was an active members in the Jericho Forum and the Trusted Computer Group.
Paul has led research teams in wireless security and has a Ph.D and a first-class degree in science from Cambridge University

Kathleen brings over 18 years of experience in mobile to Cellcrypt. Previously VP of Sales at PalmSource, VP of Sales and Marketing at PacketVideo and Head of Business Development at Carrier IQ, Kathleen brings a depth of commercial experience to the company's US operations, particularly as relates to mobile communications operators, handset manufacturers, and embedded software providers. Kathleen holds a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago.

Andy has over 20 years of leadership experience covering voice, video and IP software technologies. As Director of Engineering at Trinity Convergence he built a world-leading team of voice and video-over-IP developers providing software solutions for customers such as Sony and Philips. Previous Development Manager roles at Nortel Networks and Radiant Networks included delivering software and hardware for broadband mesh networks, Internet over power lines, novel MPLS network routers, terabit optical switches and various military radio, radar and adaptive antenna applications. Most recently, Andy led several software developments for Europe’s principal satellite developer, EADS Astrium.
Andy holds a PhD in radar modeling from University College London and a BEng Hons from the University of Surrey.

Seth has over 15 years of global experience advising and counseling technology enterprises. He was General Counsel of Internosis, Inc., an IT strategy, application development, and managed services firm that was sold to EMC in 2006. Subsequent to the Internosis exit, he was Contract and Compliance Counsel to The GAVI Fund, a global organization funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and dedicated to providing access to immunizations in poor countries. Prior to Internosis, Seth was an Attorney Adviser for the United States Department of State, working with the Passport Office and USAID.
In 2009, Seth accepted a position as Adjunct Professor of Contract and Procurement Law with the University of Maryland, University College.

Prior to this appointment, John was EVP Sales and Business Development at QTEL Global Networks. Previously, he was CEO at VirtualCom and spent 7 years at Orion Network Systems Inc., as VP of Sales.
John leads the Latam operations and business development from Cellcrypt’s regional headquarters in Miami, FL.

Ian has over 20 years of experience in high-tech marketing for US and UK IT organizations including the last 6 years as head of marketing for early-stage mobile software companies.Previous to that, Ian held senior marketing and product marketing roles including 5 years at Sun Microsystems. He is a member of the UK Chartered Institute of Marketing, Chief Marketing Officer Council and Marketing Leadership Council.Ian has a postgraduate Diploma in Marketing and BEng (Hons) in Aeronautical Engineering from Bristol University, UK.

Matthew Cochran

Matthew leads the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific operations and business development and company-wide global Offset activities while based in Dubai. Mr. Cochran served as the Director of Business Development and Commercialization at Al Taif Technical Services, A Mubadala Company from 2006 to 2011. Prior to Al Taif he was Director of International Business Development with DynCorp from 1999 to 2006. He actively participated in the M&A teams when DynCorp was acquired by CSC and its subsequent sale to the Veritas Capital Fund. Mr. Cochran is also the Founder & Chairman of the Defense Services Marketing Council, a collaborative organization representing international defense, aerospace and security companies. He holds Certificates from Harvard Kennedy School, Dubai School of Government and a B.A degree in Political Science from The American University in Washington, D.C.
