Richard Greco, Chairman

Richard is the Chairman and CEO of Treasure Investments Limited, a company that invests in broadband enabled services and technology companies. Richard was the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Bulldog Communications Limited, a UK based provider of broadband services which he sold to Cable and Wireless in May 2004.

Prior to Bulldog, Richard was CEO and Director of NASDAQ listed, UK-based, ICO Global Communications a global mobile satellite services provider. Prior to ICO, Richard served as President of NASDAQ listed Orion (Loral-Cyberstar), the world's leading provider of satellite-based internet connectivity services.

Of Richard's 25+ years in telecommunications, he spent 10 years at Northern Telecom (Nortel) in senior global marketing, sales and general management positions. Richard earned his BA in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University.

Shimi Shah, Non Executive Director

Following three years with Partnerships UK, Shimi joined Porton Capital with responsibility for European investments. Prior to that, she was an Associate Director at Hanson Capital and the Chief Investment Officer of the Hanson Technology Fund. Her responsibilities included the origination and execution of private equity transactions within the technology sectors in Europe and the US.
Before joining Hanson Capital, Shimi was at 3i plc for three years. She has previously owned her own business, a jewellery distribution company that was sold to trade in 1997. Shimi started her career at Citibank NA as part of the Structured Trade Finance team with specific focus on Africa and Asia.

Shimi holds an MPhil. In Management Studies from Queens' College, Cambridge, and a BSc. (Hons) from King's College, London.

 

Fiona Strens, Non Executive Director

Fiona brings to Cellcrypt a wealth of experience gained in the defence and security sector. After completing a degree in Computer Sciences at Cambridge University, Fiona joined the Ministry of Defence and spent 11 years there focusing on policy and technology. Fiona has most recently been working as a consultant to Government and Industry in the defence and security sector and has a particular interest and expertise in the information security needs of the UK Government market.
