Richard is the Chairman and CEO of Treasure Investments Limited, a company that invests in broadband enabled services and technology companies. Richard was the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Bulldog Communications Limited, a UK based provider of broadband services which he sold to Cable and Wireless in May 2004.
Prior to Bulldog, Richard was CEO and Director of NASDAQ listed, UK-based, ICO Global Communications a global mobile satellite services provider. Prior to ICO, Richard served as President of NASDAQ listed Orion (Loral-Cyberstar), the world's leading provider of satellite-based internet connectivity services.
Of Richard's 25+ years in telecommunications, he spent 10 years at Northern Telecom (Nortel) in senior global marketing, sales and general management positions. Richard earned his BA in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University . |

Simon

Simon has a wealth of international business and management experience from a career that spans over 20 years with technology based companies. Much of his experience is in the mobile communications industry and he was VP of Global Marketing at Symbian and more recently, managing director for Europe and Chief Marketing Officer at CarrierIQ, the leading provider of service intelligence solutions to mobile carriers. Simon has a PhD from Cambridge University and is also a Chartered Engineer, Marketer and Director. |

Harvey Boulter

Harvey Boulter is the Managing Director of Porton Capital, which has been established to manage the private equity funds that he initially created around a military commercialization theme. The first of these private equity funds was launched in June 2000 and the range has now expanded to include four funds. Harvey has been instrumental in forming a number of strong relationships, in particular with DSTL (the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory - an agency of the UK Ministry of Defence) who together have partnered a number of commercialization ventures based on technology created at DSTL's headquarters at Porton Down.
Harvey also has many years' experience in corporate finance, primarily with UBS Warburg in London , where he headed the investment banking team that focused on Aerospace and Defence. This role covered a number of clients and government defence departments in Europe and North America . He was also an advisor to the UK Ministry of Defence in relation to the spin out of part of the then DERA, which became QinetiQ and DSTL.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Accountants, having qualified with the specialist valuations group within Deloitte and Touchi London Corporate Finance in 1994, and is also a Fellow of the Securities Institute. He is a graduate of the University of Bristol , in the UK , having read Economics and Accountancy.

Stephen Chandler

Stephen is an experienced line executive and corporate financier with a career spanning accountancy, investment banking and operational line management within technology businesses.
He is a co-founder of Notion Capital and non-executive chairman of its board.
Stephen began his career at Deloitte where he qualified as a chartered accountant in 1993. He moved on to UBS Investment Bank in 1995 where he advised a number of the world's leading technology and telecom businesses on capital raisings and M&A activity. In 2000 he joined MessageLabs Group serving as CFO of Star until 2004 and MessageLabs until the present day. On completion of the proposed acquisition of MessageLabs by Symantec Corporation he will move into a general management position at Symantec as Vice President, SAAS Business Unit.
Whilst at MessageLabs he assumed various senior executive roles including President, EMEA, its largest and most profitable region. During his tenure he led the business through a number of fundraisings, acquisitions and disposals culminating in the sale to Symantec. He played a pivotal role in the buy-out of Star from MessageLabs in 2006 and remains a non-executive director on its board today.
Stephen holds an honours degree in Economics from the University of Exeter and is a member of the Securities Institute.

Rodolfo Rosini

Rodolfo founded Cellcrypt and was its CEO for the first two years. He is an entrepreneur with a background in information security and he previously served as CEO of Emaze Networks, a security software vendor, where he raised VC financing and grew the company from start-up to profitability. Before Emaze, he was a partner at Interactiva, a technology consulting firm, and managed engagements for Fortune 500 companies and finance customers on IT strategy and security from negotiation to delivery.
Rodolfo studied Management at the London School of Economics.

Fiona Strens

Fiona brings to Cellcrypt a wealth of experience gained in the defence and security sector. After completing a degree in Computer Sciences at Cambridge University , Fiona joined the Ministry of Defence and spent 11 years there focusing on policy and technology. Fiona has most recently been working as a consultant to Government and Industry in the defence and security sector and has a particular interest and expertise in the information security needs of the UK Government market.

Andrew began his career as a corporate financier in 1994 with HSBC Investment Bank, involved in numerous public market transactions including IPOs, capital raisings, and M&A.
He left in 1999 to join Hanson Capital, a privately-owned investment and advisory firm, based in London and Los Angeles, which specialised in early-stage situations and principal investing. In 2001, he joined Touchstone Securities, an independent advisory boutique, based in London, which provided high-level corporate finance advice to large corporates, private families and institutions. In 2003 he left to become a principal with P&P Partners, a private family office with £150m under management, engaged in private equity and direct investment.
In 2006 Andrew was appointed a Director of Synergis Technologies, the UK arm of venture investment firm Porton Capital. He now represents Porton Capital as an investor director on five of their UK portfolio companies: Alaska Food Diagnostics, Cellcrypt, Hydroventuri, P2i and Smart Holograms. Andrew studied Management Administration at Aston University. |
