These terms and conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and Cellcrypt ("Cellcrypt," "we," or "us"), governing your use of the Cellcrypt online store ("Store") and your purchase of any products or services through the Store.

1. Agreement to Terms. By using the Store, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and any additional terms and conditions that may be posted in connection with specific sections or services of the Store.

2. Products and Services. The Store offers various products and services for sale. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to modify the product or service offerings and pricing without notice. The descriptions and images of products and services in the Store are for illustration purposes only and may not be accurate or complete. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Store will meet your expectations.

3. Orders and Payment. You may place an order for products or services through the Store. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. At our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. Product and service prices are listed in US dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes or shipping charges. Payment for products and services must be made at the time of order by credit card or other payment method accepted by Cellcrypt. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Store.

4. Shipping and Delivery. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship products within the timeframes listed on the Store, but we do not guarantee that such timeframes will be met. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only, and we will not be liable for any damages resulting from delivery delays. All shipping is FOB shipping point, and the risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds. We accept returns of products purchased through the Store within 14 days of order.. Refunds will be credited to the payment method used to make the original purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability. In no event shall Cellcrypt or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Store, the products or services offered through the Store, or this Agreement, even if Cellcrypt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Cellcrypt and its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents, harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Store or your breach of this Agreement.

8. Termination. We may terminate this Agreement and your access to the Store at any time without notice and for any reason. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Store and destroy any copies of any Cellcrypt materials in your possession.

9. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.

10. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between you and Cellcrypt with respect to the Store and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications.
