Claes Bergstedt, CEO

Claes joined Cellcrypt in November 2007 and was previously CEO of ThruVision Ltd where for the last three years he was responsible for growing the company from early stage start-up. He was previously CEO of UK AIM-listed Screen plc, a provider of security surveillance solutions.

Claes is an experienced CEO and business leader with a strong background in international sales, marketing, and business development. He has had P&L, strategic, and functional accountability for businesses from start-up to £100 million, with a focus on information technology related products and services. Prior to this Claes spent six years with Psion Plc where, as divisional director, he had commercial responsibilities for both the consumer and industrial range of handheld products on an international basis. Earlier he worked with Cable and Wireless and GE Information systems in international marketing and business development roles.

Rodolfo Rosini, VP of Business Development

Rodolfo founded Cellcrypt and was its CEO for the first two years. He is an entrepreneur with a background in information security and he previously served as CEO of Emaze Networks, a security software vendor, where he raised VC financing and grew the company from start-up to profitability. Before Emaze, he was a partner at Interactiva, a technology consulting firm, and managed engagements for Fortune 500 companies and finance customers on IT strategy and security from negotiation to delivery.

Rodolfo studied Management at the London School of Economics.

Simon Nestel, Sales Director

Simon brings to Cellcrypt extensive commercial experience in developing companies from start-up to profitability and a wide array of established relationships in the telecoms and finance sectors.

Simon was previously at Virtusa, an offshore services provider, where he developed revenues in excess of $40 million from corporate customers including BT. Prior to this, Simon was the UK Sales Manager within NET2S, a medium sized French Systems Integrator. Here, Simon established a telecoms practice and significantly expanded the number of clients within their UK finance practice; in addition to restructuring their UK operations. Simon was previously the Sales Director for Kingmaker Ltd, a niche business consulting start-up.

Andrew Barker, VP Marketing

Andrew brings over twenty years of experience in leading product management, engineering and marketing communications to Cellcrypt. Most recently he was CMO at wireless security start up Red-M. Prior to that he spent the nine years at Intel where his roles included senior investment manager for Intel Capital, director of new business opportunities, marketing director of the Security Products Division and general manager of the Internet Products Division.
Andrew’s career in the software industry spans large international enterprises and entrepreneurial SMEs in both Europe and the United States. Prior to Intel he held senior positions at Sun where he started and grew SunSoft’s internet software product line, and at Hewlett-Packard where he honed his technical skills.
Andrew has an MBA from the Wharton School, and a BSc in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Kent at Canterbury.
